Infrastructure
Technology
Our application is hosted on Render.com, a secure cloud platform. All data is stored in managed PostgreSQL databases and encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
Authentication
Passwords hashed using industry standard best practices (bcrypt), and 2FA required for all admin and privileged users. We support role-based access control and least-privilege principles.
Compliance
Compliance
While we are not yet SOC 2 certified, we follow many of the same practices. Our infrastructure provider is audited to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards, and
a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for enterprise customers.
Incident Response
We monitor our systems continuously. If we detect a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take immediate steps to contain the issue.
